Matrimonial and Family Mediation
Elizabeth Bilton has been mediating for many years and is well respected in the area of matrimonial mediation. She has dedicated her energy into developing her own specialisation particularly in dealing with family disputes centring around children and finances. She is also one of the 1st of the 120 Collaborative Lawyers trained in the UK.
Solicitor, Diane Roome, is also an accredited all issues family mediator and alongside Elizabeth adds further strength to the mediation service we offer. Both offer child consultation mediation as part of a wide range of family mediation services.
Mediation is recommended as a way of resolving disputes without resorting to lengthy and expensive litigation. We can offer an impartial service which is sympathetic to the needs of both parties.
Commercial & Civil Mediation
Mark Bilton and Matthew Maiden are both ADR Group Accredited Commercial Mediators. Also under the name Midlands Mediation, Mark and Matthew can offer businesses or private individuals a more cost-effective way of resolving their civil disputes, rather than resorting to the courts. Whether it be a debt matter, a dispute between businesses, a claim against a deceased's estate or a professional negligence claim, we can help.
