Diane qualified as a Solicitor in 2001, having previously work for the then Law Chancellors Department.  This included some 6 years at the Official Solicitor Office as a Case Worker in Children’s Litigation.

Diane is a Member of Resolution and sits on the Resolution Children’s Committee.  She is also actively involved with the ‘Parenting After Parting Initiative’ currently being taken forward by Resolution.

She has recently contributed to the preparation of the Handbook produced by Resolution in association with Christine McGhee, the American Divorce Coach.

Diane also mediates and is trained to meet with Children and feed their views into Mediation Sessions between parents.

In her spare time, Diane works her dogs in the Peak District and is planning to learn modern Greek.
