Elizabeth is the Head of the Matrimonial Department. She also heads our succesful Mediation Service, "Midlands Mediation". Elizabeth's casework covers the full spread of Family cases. Her expertise include matters involving Domestic Violence and Abuse; Disputes upon separation, finances and in respect of Children. Elizabeth also acts in Public Law Matters for Parents involving Social Services.
Elizabeth has been Mediating for many years and was amongst the first 120 Lawyers trained in Collaborative Law in the UK.
In July 2008 Elizabeth qualified as a member of the Law Society Childen Panel and is a trainer with the Resolution children's committee.
In addition, she has focused her energies towards creating a client focused team of Matrimonial individuals offering a high standard of Advice and Support. | |
