Matthew deals with a wide range of domestic and commercial property transactions. He has particular expertise in dealing with portfolios of freehold properties for commercial landlords and in the acquisitions and disposal of investment properties for private landlords.
Matthew is one of the supervising Solicitors to our Conveyancing Department and oversees a busy workload of purchases, sales, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and equity release schemes.
In 2005 Matthew qualified as an ADR Group Accredited Civl/Commercial Mediator. | |
