Bilton Hammond is authorised by The Law Society as a practice which can offer training contracts to those Legal Practice Course graduates wishing to qualify as Solicitors. In recent years we have tended to take on one Trainee Solicitor every year.
As a Trainee Solicitor, you will train within our three main areas of Family, Crime and Property Law. In view of this, we would look to appoint graduates who have studied two of these three main areas of practice as additional options on the Legal Practice Course. Our aim is to train graduates who have a real desire to pursue a career in those areas and who can ultimately form part of our successful team. A commitment to the local area is important to us and as part of our selection criteria we would look initially to invite applications from graduates living within Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire.
